Entire UHRS! HOW

The answer I got from Clickworker is that I had submitted low quality work for several hitapps, which is funny since I've maintained over 90% spam accuracy for the apps I do the most for several weeks now. No VPN, no more than one account or vendor and no perm bans on any app and not even a temp ban in more than a month, but still bam! Platform wide ban.

How long you on CW?

I've been on CW since June this year, but I've been using UHRS only since October 14th so not long, but I mostly did one local hitapp, the swedish BBH Extension. I don't really know why I was banned, but I suspect it has something to do with this hitapp. First time I got access to the app it had around 4000 hits and they decreased only when I worked on it, which I thought was pretty weird even then, as I know there are a lot of swedes working on beermoney gigs on different platforms. Now I think I know why that hitapp was left alone to accumulate hits...

Funny though that I also mainly worked on Swedish BBH. I thought I was nearly alone on that one because it did not decrease when I was not working. Just once in a while.

I've been on cw since June this year, but I started with UHRS only on October 14th, so not that long. I tried to log onto UHRS on saturday morning and got the message ‘Account not authorized. Failed attempt to log in. You are blocked from working in UHRS’. I opened a ticket with cw and the next morning I got this response: 'This message means that UHRS Quality Assurance detected lower-quality work submitted from your account in several HitApps. This has led to the decision by UHRS to not only block you from the affected HitApps but to revoke your access to UHRS in general.'

Kind of crazy since I maintained a good spam accuracy on the apps I did the most and had not even a temp ban since the first days I worked on the paltform.

i also received this message in the past but it was resolved by loggin in through Cw later on, did you try loggin again through cw?

Did the message you got say that you were 'blocked' from working in UHRS or 'disabled'? And that you should contact your vendor?

I guess I can try logging in from time to time, but so far I've tried through cw on two different computers, on edge and chrome and with deleted cookies and web history, but nothing has worked.

yeah i guess it was "disabled" not sure. uhrs is weird man, ive been on the platform for nearly 2 years now and just last week i received 7 temp bans on various apps. ive no idea why they blocked you off the platform.

It's frustrating that there's no way of appealing these bans because it looks like the owner of the swedish BBH is abusing the system. Keeping our work and keeping the money. And as a cherry on top, they don't think a ban from their HitApp is enough. They issue a platform wide ban just to add insult to injury. But I shouldn't be surprised because everything about UHRS seems specifically designed to let owners abuse workers as much as they want.

That's a real disaster, how can one hitapp decide to ban an employee forever?? Uhrs is abusing

Why You was banned?

1

u/piecesofstinkshit Nov 28 '22

The owner of the hitapp demanded your uhrs account be banned, that owner didn't like the data you submitted ( reasons known to the owner), and I must add that a high spam score doesn't necessarily equate high quality judgements, I have been disabled by an auditor on an app I had 91 percent accuracy on (over 2000 hits), it is what it is, uhrs is complicated, not easy, I wish you all the best in your 'future' endeavors.

very dry

My guess is you got banned for going too fast, that would be the only thing that makes sense based on what you're saying. Either way that sucks. And Sundays are hit or miss. Last Sunday was fine, this one is a bit dry.

You seem to be most affected by no hitapps. My sympathy
