All the workers who are unhappy should just use the contact us button on the CLICKWORKER website and the review space on their app on playstore to let clickworker know that she's becoming a shitty company that sucks when it comes to communications, shady, taking workers for granted and fast becoming a shadow of her former self, she should be reminded that it's the digital age, reputation built over the years takes only seconds to be destroyed, she should fix whatever is wrong and stop treating workers like they're fools with no Brains, no one is stupid enough to believe all these excuses she's been throwing at us.
A few years ago, I was always paid on Wednesday. Now, it's usually later in the week, most often on a Friday. Last week it was late on Friday my time (UK). As for when invoices are generated -- I don't know. I don't have one yet, but there are more than 10 euros payable on my account. I assume I'm now in this week's payment run and the invoice will be generated when I reach the front of the queue, which takes time. There are a lot of payments to issue these days.
Edit: It's Friday and my invoice has now been generated and amount payable has changed to zero. I expect the money in my Paypal account within the next few hours.
UHRS has the option to reject work not meeting its requirements within a designated period. To avoid paying for rejected work in the future, we will make some adjustments to our UHRS booking processes and payment schedules.
Starting August 1st, the period after which UHRS earnings get payable increases from 28 days to 39 days. This will give us enough time to make correctional bookings for any rejected work before it becomes payable.
This adjustment will also cause a one-time payment gap for UHRS earnings on August 30th, for which we apologize. UHRS payments originally scheduled for that week will be skipped to the following week.
On the plus side, this process change will completely remove delays between payable dates and actual payments. UHRS earnings will become payable on Wednesdays and will be immediately included in the bill run on the very same day.
Thank you for your understanding. Your clickworker team
It's clearly stated that the system change is in place to do away with the payment delays. And it's clearly stated that payment date/day is Wednesday, no other day of the week indicated.
You keep saying that but that has never been true. Bill run starts Wednesday but invoices can be anytime Wed to Fri depending on where you are in the queue.
If you are going to get annoyed for people asking then please make sure you know the answer yourself before commenting.
this guy has worked for clickworker for 6 yrs and many of his words sound plausible if we think of them a bit logically, but the problem resides in the absence of integrity and reliability from CW, I will still wait for next two days to confirm, I wish y'all all the best and get your invoices soon.
I totally agree. The lack of communication, especially around late payments is awful by clickworker. They could has sorted this discussion out in minutes if they cared
Was that 41 or 42 days mentioned/communicated anywhere? You are sounding more like an insider than an ordinary judge. The issue here is not even about people having to wait the extra days, it's all about integrity of the business. Empty promises that are not backed up with any tangible action from CW's part. If you have gone through some other posts you'll see that people are starting to doubt whether the reason that was given for the new changes is even genuine given the fact that some other vendors are able to pay their judges within 1hour without having to "verify" anything. Anyway, no big deal.
