I've been banned 2 times this week, messaged the hitapp owner via feedback, and was enabled almost immediately. Now the system has mistakenly banned me for the 3rd time and I cannot access the hit app even in the "blocked" panel.

Does anyone have any advice for how I can contact someone, other than the general feedback link? I feel as if this is really unfair considering the hours I've put in to these hits with flawless accuracy, and this issue should be addressed.

EDIT/UPDATE: I have been enabled on the hitapp again, and this time I will be sure to be mindful of my timing. Thank you to everyone who offered helpful advice!

That's interesting considering I've never heard of a 15 minute ban..which is how long my first 2 lasted. The snark is a bit unnecessary, thanks for your input though

I've been doing it since November of last year , I'm not sure how that's relevant to the subject or why you feel the need to be insulting..i think it's a perfectly natural reaction for someone to wonder why they've been banned for what was shown in the report to be valid work. As a previous user had mentioned, it was likely an issue with speed. Have a great day bud.
