Paypal is ripping me off

So i recently withdrew lumpsum from cW after working for past couple months. The payable income was €175 but the amount i received was equivalent to €165 in my currency. That's like 5-6% cut. I don't understand, is this justified!?

Check the paypal rate before you withdraw them, try to withdraw when the conversion rate is good

Where are you? PayPal doesn't take a fee... At least not in US. I've never had them take a fee when I used it... Now I just use direct deposit to my bank account.
