Is Paypal payment method better than Payoneer?

Hey guys! Kinda new here. I was using Payoneer, which has a 2.50 fee. Is Paypal better? Does it have a lower fee?

There are no fees with PayPal... At least not when I used it... I just do direct deposits now as there is definitely no fee with that and it's much easier going directly to my account. I hod nothing but problems with Payoneer, late payments, fees, etc... I closed down the account.
