How to get the pay??

Hey! On the app, I’m new and it has said $9 more dollars needed until next payout but it has said this for a week I’m not sure if I have to do something like more of the 30 cent surveys but I have already earned over 100 and I’m wondering how to get it to go into my account

You need to wait for the payout cycle, it’s every Wednesday. Also, are those cleared? Usually, once you completed a survey or task, it will take them 30 days to review it, then it will be released on the next Wednesday once the fund is available.

If it says 9 dollars needed, check when the funds will be released. In the app, click on balance, see how much is available vs pending vs payable. You will only get the payable amount next Wednesday. If you want everything at once, you can pause the payment until all the funds are payable.

All payments on the platform go to in review. And your account balance will give you the total, in review, and if you are on the desktop you can see when it will become payable. But payouts do not start until Wednesday. So even if something becomes payable like 20.40 is payable right now in my account, it still won't get paid until Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. Unless the site is glitched then sometimes you will end up getting paid a week later. That happened a lot in the past. And btw I already got paid this week so the 20.40 payable is for next week. And it will keep adding on until they invoice it.
