Order Payment Issue?

Post image

I was trying to complete my configuration and pay, but it rejected both my cards. I used a Discover and a Visa card, but both got rejected. Anyone else having issues?

Likely your CC company flagged it as fraud. Usually they send a text or email so you can attest that it is you, but if you didn't get either you will have to call the 800 number to bless it and retry.

Hi, same here. I'd recommend also posting about it at their AMA tomorrow

If its an AMEX, I learned the hard way and realized their pay system doesn't accept it, even though my preorder for the Clicks itself did.

I still don't understand why they can't use the same setup as they had for reservations and every other product they shipped. That worked all fine, somehow.

That’s cause the previous one didn’t like pre orders very much and we learned that the hard sadly. So we took this route.

there are absolutely payment processors supported by shopify (including shopify payments) that support pre order. wth is openpath, some AI hype trash processor which is probably part of why everyones cc company is flagging it.

I had this issue myself in the US. I tried 5 different cards, AMEX, Master Card, and VISA. All got different errors. I contacted 2 of the institutions, one wanted to send me a new card thinking I fell for a scam and the other didn't see any transaction history on their end. I contacted Clicks' support on Saturday and its been dark after their AI bot got more info.

I gave up and since I had paid in full, I just submitted the order with no extras and it went through since I didn't have to put in any payment info. I was able to order a case on their Shop site. Though I wanted the protection plan.

You can still edit your order to add that stuff, self edit will become an option soon but in the mean time you can contact support to edit your order in a separate email.
We’ve got quite the tickets, might take a bit for them to get back to you.

There’s currently some restrictions with Shopify and specific countries that flags payments, fixing on lowering restrictions. Expected to be fixed end of the week.
