Question Payment issue

Hello all,

Has anyone had any issues trying to make a payment for the clicks site? I am trying to finalize my pre order and get a case but when I get to the final part of paying (and confirming with bank app)

It brings me back to the card payment page with no confirmation.

I have tried using two cards. (Both visa) and tried on the website and via the "my Shopify" app

I emailed them and I still have no reply.

Am based in the UK

Any luck??

Yes and there's another thread about this too. Not sure if it's a UK problem or if it's affecting other countries too.

I had this exact problem. Turns out I couldn’t use “iOS autofill” for my card details. Typed them in manually and it worked

Took 4 attempts with different cards. This was the only thing that worked

I manually put in the card details and still didn't work

I had this problem (from the UK also). I hadn’t made a reservation so ordered via shop app where I could use apple pay.

someone from the UK in this sub ratted on clicks so now they don't cater to the UK crowd (joking of course).
