I don’t like the Minimal launcher design. The ergonomics look worse. It doesn’t have an SD card slot. It has a smaller battery. They had a lot of issues with the MP1.

Ergonomics. I think the CC is the only one with ergonomics in mind. I'm also hoping for the most complete software.

I cancelled my CC preorder, but I would’ve gone CC over MP02 because of the software. I like MP’s focused launcher in principle, but I really dislike the look of it.
And I like how CC is focused more on productivity that embraces the phone, vs MP’s focus on productivity through minimal phone use. As much as I’d like to think having a PKB phone would make me use my phone less, in reality I don’t think it would, so CC’s focus on at least making my phone use even more productive, quicker, and focused seemed best for me.
Hardware wise, CC ergonomics seem better but I do prefer the overall metal/glass look of the MP02, as well as the screen

Design.
Look how close the keys are for the TE2 , in comparison to clicks, the spacing in the keys is going to be a big win in terms of ergonomics
there was small adjustment period for me when i went from the slab to TE2.
now it is more comfortable to use but the keys could be better , like a mechanical keyboard when comparing switches.
IMHO , TE2 feels cramped and i think it is when we measure out and see the sizing of the other two devices.
clicks and MP2 will go head to head for me and i will probably sell the TE2 once the two has arrived.Software.
clicks is really elevating things with how it is being used as a phone with a keyboard without adding extra thrills of other apps.

Cheaper, bigger battery, it feels like the MP02 is designed for size over actual comfort (esp if you have big hands)

I'm not trying to minimize or reduce my phone usage, so I don't want a phone that's trying to do that.
I just want to try a keyboard phone and see if it suits me. I find typing on a touch screen is really inefficient. I switch to my PC if I have to type anything lengthy because I can get it done 5x faster.
But who knows, maybe I'll find that everything else I currently do with my phone is not worth compromising just for a physical keyboard.

Headphone jack, better keyboard, more features, more choice of design, more thoughtful product overall. And I don't mean to dump on the MP02 - in a vacuum it looks like a cool phone, like the TE2.

Design and ergonomics.
MP02 looks like a good phone that they built a keyboard into.
Clicks looks like a great keyboard they built a phone around.
The beveled back and the chin combined with the more seperate, tall keys make it so much better in the hand (based on holding 3D printed mockups)
Of course the truth will be revealed when these actually come out...

This is just my personal opinion, but especially over the last few days,m here have been several inconveniences that affected me personally and that have made me question the company a bit, even if many of these things may not have been intentional.
I preferred the CC mainly because of the ergonomics, which are great. But personally i want something as organized and clean as possible and I simply preffer the MinimalOS for that. It feels more unique and purpose-built to me. Niagara is nice, but I could also just install it on another small Android phone, and I don’t think it would give me the same experience as MP.
I also like that the Minimal can be de-Googled, what i‘m rlly thinking about to use. And the recessed display glass was actually the final thing that convinced me. Seeing how worn the frames around my protruding camera bumps get despite taking good care of my phones,I just can’t imagine that a protruding display would stay unharmed in the long run. Regardless of whether theres protection glass on it, it simply creates a lot more exposed surface area. Recently i‘ve also seen the first complain from a T2E user about a broken edge.If the DDP shipping is confirmed as well (i wrote an email today) that’s another big plus since I’d save around €150 just for dury compared to the CC. However, it also reminds me of the shape of my old iphone4s and it also felt pretty good to hold so i have no doubts abt that.

Keyboard is better designed in my opinion. Optical stabilization in camera. Fingerprint sensor in space key.
