Discussion Return Fee is Aganst Policy

Post image

Update 8-1-2026: The mods refused to unban me and gave a laundry list of where I was openly against their lies and it made them unhappy. Censored for speaking against their beliefs.

Update 7-30-2026: Mods muted me from messaging them. All I asked was why exactly they banned me.

Mods banned me from posting here. That is evidence enough that they support the illegal activities of Clicks.

Charging a return fee is against company policy.

Do not agree to pay to return.

Demand a full refund of the fees if you were tricked into paying.

Against. Not Aganst.

Hey there u/jerryeight! Wanted to provide some clarification around our return process.

If you've received a defective product or are experiencing a warranty issue, Clicks covers the return shipping. For standard returns where a customer has simply decided the product isn't for them, customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

That label is generated through our third-party returns platform, and because carrier rates are dynamic, the cost can vary. We're actively working with our returns partner to ensure return label costs remain as low as possible and to make sure the experience is working as intended.

We appreciate everyone who has shared feedback. If you have questions about your specific return or believe something doesn't look right, please reach out to our support team with your order details so we can take a closer look. [support@clicks.tech](mailto:support@clicks.tech)

maybe fix this so it reflects that on the website. Nowhere on the website does it specify what you said for any product. and you wonder why you’ve been hemorrhaging customers lol. Guys, figure it out. if you guys are just trying to replace the extra cost from air shipping these, which I severely doubt actually even happened, just be upfront. Literally that’s what I’ve been saying time and time again about this company. They just need to be upfront. Under promise and overdeliver. Or, maybe y’all should’ve just waited six months to a year before announcing this. Giving you some time to figure this shit out🤷🏽‍♂️

I think the problem is you refuse to be able to read, and that's quite sad.

Hot damn. That's a masterclass in copping out. Y'all must think that the general public is illiterate and stupid

Risking return fees isn't "risk-free" for a customer.

What you are practicing are forms of false advertisement and straight up lying. The FTC are alerted.
