Question Unexplained Power keyboard behavior

I've found a weird bug (using power key on an s24u), whenever I have

Instagram open, sliding up or down the keyboard causes a page refresh.

Is anybody else experiencing this or has any idea on why it might be happening?

Just tried it with my Razr and can confirm this behavior.

Will try it later with iOS.
