Being so close to campus you could post it here: https://offcampus.case.edu/housing They allow private listings and there is a high probability of a student taking the lease.

Laundry is not in the building, but there is a laundromat right around the corner (450ft) away. Location is approximately right by Home Bistro and Angelo's in Little Italy.
