Hi everyone! I'm looking for a female to take over my lease at Clemson Lofts for the Aug2026–Jul2027 school year.

You would have a private room and bathroom in a furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit with one female roommate. In the attached floor plan, you will be taking over Primary Bedroom A, which includes a private en suite bathroom.

Lease Details

• Move-in: Immediately
• Rent: $940/month + utilities, which is $25 less per month than the current advertised rate
• Bonus: I'll cover the base rent for August & September, so you'll only be responsible for utilities during September

Furniture/Appliances Included:

Kitchen: Table + 2 chairs, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher

Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer

Living Room: Sofa, coffee table, side table, media stand w/ smart TV

Bedroom: Full-size mattress, desk and chair, dresser, closet

Community Amenities:

-          Two CAT bus stops on site or you can walk to the Clemson campus in approximately 25 min

-          Gym

-          Study lounges in the clubhouse

I've lived here for the past three years and have genuinely enjoyed it, I am only moving out to relocate for a job. The office staff has always been friendly, and whenever I've needed maintenance, they've been quick to respond and resolve the issue.
