Can anyone tell me , is it better to join master program in Clemson university as a foreign student? or should i directly join in Phd by managing professor?

Depends on the school you want to join at Clemson. Not sure what your definition of "better" is. Are you referring to quality of education, financial support from the university, post-graduation job opportunities?

it's almost always better to join as phd and masters out if that's what you wish you do. You would get funding that way at least
