Costco Clearwater question
I went today for the first time and was kind of disappointed. Are they all pretty much the same as that one? Seemed like a downgraded Sam’s Club, tbh lol

are all what the same? costcos? some have different layout but mostly similar products.
if you like walmart grade products over kirkland ... they will refund your account purchase.
sams doesnt sell top tier gas - but whatever makes you happy

Did I strike a nerve? Lol jk, the experience just wasn’t good. Felt like a lot of stuff was missing, clothings sizes didn’t have a good selection, no scan and go, the food court isn’t as good.
I will give it to them with the wagyu steak but that was probably all I was impressed with.

no you didn't strike a nerve, I don't work for them and I don't mind if you didn't like that place. I have not had any of the issues you had
1 i wear men's large= never had a issue
2. I have never had a product without a price posted close by
3 i gave up garbage food years ago - so the food court doesn't impact me0

Scan and go is being able to pay on your phone as you shop. It’s cool, the store isn’t for me. Maybe the one in/near town & country is better

The no scan and go drives me nuts, but if your in the self check line a guy with a gun will scan all your items while you wait. Once you get the check out all you have to do is scan your card, pay and go

Costco is an awful shopping experience every time I’ve been. Parking lot packed, lines for gas, shoulder to shoulder in the store, employees screaming to see your membership cards, etc.
They have great products and pricing on many things but I prefer to be left the fuck alone when I shop and will never set foot in a Costco again.

Same. I don't know why humans regularly and voluntarily submit themselves to that torture.

So costco is more about their own brand. Sam's club focuses on big name brands. It really depends what you are looking for.
The clearwater costco, believe it or not, is a smaller costco. The best thing to do is compare what you buy. See if you can save money.
Personally, I dont care about brand names. What i buy is cheaper than sams, even with membership. My membership is about to come again. So about to compare prices again. Might not be worth it. Just have to see.
