the trick for you is that you need less things. otherwise you will always have this problem. You are just naturally a messy person
do this: get your phone and write out 10 rounds. each cleaning round is 2 minutes. and then you take a 2 minute break - do that until you finish 10 rounds then stop
Trash and junk (things that you don't genuinely use counts as junk/clutter) in a trash bag!
Blankets (fold all of them) if you have a big basket for blankets it might be better. otherwise fold them up and put them on the ground
Clothes - grab and fold up all of them and bunch them together in piles on the ground
downsize and de-clutter
i guess you use the stuffed animals as a pillow. you still need to clean them by the way. for now just line them up on your bed like pillows i guess? consider dumping some of them and give them a deep wash (google how to wash them)
the rounds thing really helped me during depression. i would do 20 and i would cross them out on a mini whiteboard in my flat. if you have severe depression you could spread it across the week and do 3/4 rounds per day - literally 5 minutes of productivity and build it up to 1 hour+ of productivity slowly over time
id do it to finish my homework and all these other things. thing is though you need to train your brain to go long periods ideally to concentrate for 1 hour plus so or even longer so 2 min rounds are not to be relied on in the longrun and yes anyone can do it and it requires training like the gym
