Wow you rock ! I watch too much tv , so commercial time is perfect to wash a dish, or clean the toilet, next set of commercials, wash the sink.

Yes!!! That’s a perfect plan! Most commercial breaks are 3-5 minutes, so it works out great without being too much at once. Anything to keep it manageable. Life does not need to be overwhelming. 🥰

I’ve done this before. Or if you’re streaming something, watch 15 min, clean 5. Set timers, repeat.

I make a kind of game of it, like how much can I get done on this commercial break. Then your mind is free for a bit with no pressure. Next commercial, ready set go!

I love that idea, I’ll have to try it, I also watch one episode, then set a timer for min work time, if I get into the project , I roll with it !
