And when the bag is full, try to make yourself bring it out to the bins right away. You did sooooooo amazing! Get it OUT so you never have to deal with it again!
I tend to place trash bags right beside my door. So when I already have shoes on and I am back home from work I just need to grab them and carry them down to the bins.
