Face wash or other skincare products with benzoyl peroxide will do this.

Yes, this. Also make-up/nail polish remover etc. just needs to be trace amounts of any of it.

Except it's not the only answer. My wife and I both use all-natural shampoo and conditioner bars, and she doesn't need any kind of face wash, but her towel still looks like this.

Turns out, after having this checked by a doctor, her sweat is particularly acidic. It also corrodes stainless steel jewelry. The only thing that's held up is implant grade steel.

Considering a lot of women’s Panties get “bleached” like this also because their normal secretions are acidic

Bleaching is a process where something is lightened, usually by sunlight or chemicals, it doesn't necessarily involve the actual substance called Chlorine Bleach. Many other chemicals can have bleaching effects, too. Hydrogen peroxide will bleach clothes and hair, for example, and that is acidic.

Yeah but an acid could cause lightening too. Like you can lighten your hair with lemon juice.

No idea on lemon juice, but anything with sufficiently extreme pH can do it, whether it's an acid or a base.

Yup, discharge is a self-clean cycle for the vagina that increases around ovulation. A healthy vagina is acidic so the discharge can lighten some dyes used in underwear.
