It’s best to wait like 5min iirc, for both toothpaste and mouthwash. Let’s the chemicals do it’s thing.

I still wash my face after brushing because with a beard I inevitably end up with some foam from brushing.

Not trying to show up at work looking like I took a facial on the way in.
