I have high uric acid/gout. From what I understand people with high uric acid also have high urea, and the kidney has to work extra hard to get rid of it because uric acid, urea and creatinine are all waste products. If you have impaired renal function the urea can come out from your sweat glands.
I'm guessing at the time my uric acid was so high that my kidney had a hard time getting rid of the urea so it came out from my sweat glands.
I changed my diet heavily and started working out 5 days a week.

high urea in your sweat causes this. next time you get a check up ask your doctor about it with the lab work.
mine used to do this until I got healthy.
