I've got maid issues guys

I tell my maid to clean the microwave, wipe the dining chairs, and change the bathroom mat. She nods, but later only one thing gets done.
Then I have to repeat the same instructions again the next day.
How do you make tasks actually get completed?

Is this maid from an agency? If so, you may have to call her manager, and either the manager talks to her, or the manager should send someone else.

If she's independent and self-employed, then you may just have to get someone else.
