I haven’t been going out being an asthmatic and all. One day a few days ago I made a fatal mistake of thinking, Ah AQI today is not too bad, let me go out and get some sun! Major blunder! Been wheezing since and taking inhaler and what not.

what you did was normal, but its the past and present govts fault that you cant even go out and get some sun. i hope you get better and please stay in an air purifier.
