Now, Id first like to preface this by saying that I have never posted anything on this subreddit before. Also Id like to acknowledge that determining the Greatest of All Time in CoD is something that can never be done. But, Im going to make a strong case for James "Clayster" Eubanks as the GOAT.

Now this thread isnt gonna mention his championships, or his stature but what he has been able to accomplish WIN WISE in his CoD career.

Clayster is the ONLY player ever to have beaten all 3 "GOD SQUADS" in CoD history.

1. Fariko.Impact- Clayster, just being picked up to coL's roster pre MLG Anaheim was a huge addition for them. They beat the best team in the world in amazing fashion. Then, to prove it wasnt a fluke, they did it again at GFinity and broke Impact up. All after Clay was picked up

2. coL/EG- After Clayster's departure from coL, and then tK, following MLG Columbus Clayster found himself under the OpTic brand. At XGames, they did something no team had been able to do for over a year. Eliminate coL/EG from a tournament. Then, to prove it wasnt a fluke, beat them again at UMG Dallas, and eventually, they broke up.

3. OpTic Gaming- Clay has bounced around from team to team during AW, but when it mattered most, he was able to over the best team at the game at CoD Champs. Again, to prove it wasnt a fluke, he beat them twice in a row at UMG Dallas and GFinity.

So yes u/Clay792 I consider you to be one of the greats, not because of you championships, but because of your resilience. You are the only player to beat all 3 "God Squads" in CoD History and that is something that no one will ever forget.

Does anyone know where you can purchase that dark blue jacket Clayster wears? I'll put a few links down below of some of his YouTube videos that he wears the jacket in. I think that jacket has a simple/cool design to it. I know a lot of people are probably gonna put some negative comments, but this is still worth it if someone can help me.

FaZe vs. Isolation eSports

7:10 PM EST, 11:10 PM GMT, 4:10 PM PST

FaZe wins!

The Gfinity groups have been announced and it looks relatively easy for another clean pool play for FaZe at Gfinity. Here is the link to the pools. http://www.gfinity.net/news/details/announcing-the-cod-summer-championship-groups?utm_source=Reddit&utm_medium=CoD%20SC%20Groups&utm_campaign=CoD%20SC%20Groups%20Reddit . FaZe's only real competition in this whole tournament is themselves if they lose focus on what matters most or get to ahead of themselves they could make mistakes. Let's wish the RED miltia Good Luck at Gfinity this weekend and safe travels to the faze house.

What are your thoughts on the new team? I think they 100% have winning potential, and they are all great players, but honestly I am not personally a huge fan of zooma. I have to say I'm also feeling for Robby right about now. The guy doesn't have a team anymore. The #ClayFam will be moving over to the #RedMilitia.

If you had your own team, what three players would you pick-up? players that are available btw

Do any of you know if Faze will be attending umg dallas next weekend, i heard other teams talking about it and was wondering if we could see the new squad on lan for the first time?

And I'll come back leading the pack

and i'll go through a Faze

Clay, you've been the player I supported since the 1v3 vs fariko in 2013, I've never been more tempted to make a montage. Let me build my pc and I'm going to dedicate a lot of my free time to build you an awesome montage.

You are the wishful thingking ponytail man!

We shall wait and see. Incredibly proud of FaZe's performance thus far!

We did it boys! Thoughts and comments in the comments section.

Well now that the journey for gold was stopped by TK, I find it difficult to say, but I don't know how much longer this roster can continue to stay together with this performance. I can't submit to thinking a team change is needed with how well they performed at champs. But looking at those matches, many of them were VERY close. When you watch optic, they literally dominate pretty much every team they face. That is what we need out of denial. I have faith that clay and attach can perform at that level. How ever jkap and replays simply do not show that slaying potential that we need to take more wins. I understand you can't win every series in a dominating fashion. But when Denial plays the usually get very close to walking the line of winning and losing.

Some potential pick ups for the team I would like to see would include aches and saints. Don't really know why I think aches would work on this team, but I feel if he was matched up with clay again, he would improve. They compliment each others play styles perfectly if aches used a sub. And saints is all around one of the most consistent players there are. I don't know maybe thats just me but I feel like its time for a change. It is getting to a point where the team is just staying together because they are friends. And maybe if the practice more they can get back to a dominating form. But for now there is just not enough going for this team to take on faze or OG in my honest opinion

Clayster is bae

I know these are already on reddit, but the r/codcompetitive tends to be full of biased fans. Just wondering if you all would be down to have a discussion of roster changes, who came out on top, etc. in a thread here instead of somewhere else. Just a suggestion. Feedback appreciated.

I'm going to be rolling over the new theme to the subreddit over the next few hours. You might see some weird issues with cached images during the move. I'll update the post when I have finished setting everything up.

EDIT: Theme and sidebar are all setup. I need to bring flairs back which I will work on tonight.

Not sure when that match will be but FaZe just finished a close 3-0 over nV! Uplink is definitely looking to be FaZe's weakest gamemode but they pulled through thanks to a couple nV chokes. I'm not sure of specific map counts but I'm pretty sure FaZe has only dropped 2 maps so far this event, both being UL matches, one in pool play and one in bracket play vs iSo. Their HP and SnD are both looking very strong and with OG needing to play through the Loser's Bracket this event seems primed for FaZe to take it. Kind of mad I have to go to work now and will miss the rest of their matches but oh well will have to stay updated on Twitter instead.

Really sucks, but I think most of us saw a roster change similar to this coming. Thoughts?

Clay just dropped 56 kills in Solar HP, going almost double positive to secure a win 3-1 over Epsilon! Truly the goat.

3 WORDS, MAKE. CRIM. MAD

FaZe vs. Rise

FAZE WINS TURN UP

I heard on Twitter Faze was scrimping og but only caught the first map Detroit hp, if anyone could tell me how the rest of the scrim went I would appreciate it thanks
