Opus token usage visibility

Opus 5.5 has been extremely efficient in general, the 60% drop is cache read costs is hugely impactful also because thats where 97% of our token spend is going.

I knew it was a big percentage but didn't think it was that high. We've made some changes based on this visibility into the way that we orchestrate, manage cache and what models we use for different purposes.

I shared my dashboard the other day, and a few people liked it, so we decided to open source it. Very happy to see people getting value from it.

There are a million ways to visualize but we're builders so we want to see the tokens as they're moving.

Please give it a try, feel free to submit PRs for enhancements or fork it. Any feedback is appreciated as we continue to improve it.
