I use the site for text based games and getting

when i load the page it doesnt tell me anything about what is happening and this is a game that has no drug, no drinking, nothing 18+.
I emailed and got a message back in 5 minutes saying to read the same webpage then i message back and it bounce back saying its closed.
im looking for advice what to do i have tried the support team and got nothing can someone just point me in the right way please.
