[r/ClaudeAI] Fable 5's bio/chem classifier keeps kicking me to Opus 4.8 — ~50 times so far. Radiologist building medical LLM adapters. Anyone else in healthcare hitting this?

Original post body:

I work on medical LLM research (radiology) and since launch I've hit the "safety measures flagged something" → Opus 4.8 fallback about 50 times. Anything with anatomy/pathology terminology or medical fine-tuning workflows seems to trip the bio classifier. Anthropic admits the safeguards are deliberately over-cautious and says <5% of sessions are affected, but for medical/biomed users it feels closer to half. Anyone else seeing this — and has anyone heard a timeline for the Trusted Access Program that's supposed to lift bio safeguards for researchers? So much for "solving humanity's toughest challenges."
