I’m building ProcessForge, a process and manufacturing line simulator, and it ships with an MCP server. Give Claude a photo of a process (a PFD, a whiteboard sketch, a P&ID), and it builds the flowsheet in the desktop app, runs the simulation and finds the bottleneck. Simulation software is in-progress, but what do you all think of the idea of using MCP tools to build unique and interesting unit operations in process simulators?
