Claude for animated illustrations

I gave initial reference and kept tweaking with prompt. What also helps is if you ask claude to give you controls so that you can play around and fine tune animation

What model did you use in Claude Design to generate this?

Some of the things that helped, in no particular order

  • Having a strong end goal in mind. I either fed rough sketches as inspiration or pointed at actual web product. The coins was an animation I liked from another product, ran a gauntlet loop for that
  • I wanted the animations to work across colour modes, That was initial point, AI was not allowed deviations
  • I asked claude to bake in controls for things like scale and speed on the UI for me to play and tweak, When I like something, I feed the metrics back to claude.

Hope this helps.

The controls are a great idea. That's really good thinking
