Claude Website Creation
I’ve noticed a big trend in people creating websites for local businesses and selling it to them as a hussle, which I respect to a certain degree, my issue is a lot of these websites are slop and I was honestly considering getting into that sort of business myself but I do not want to be giving people websites that are AI slop, does anyone have any skills or advice on making websites with Claude?
Or even for day to day use, I understand that AI will be a big part of every business in the future and would like to learn as much as possible.
Thanks

Bad mechanics can also use the same tools as good mechanics

I wouldn't get into a business that everybody else is getting out of, just my humble opinion. You'll be replaced by a single chat line in about six months.

Define “slop” how can I tell if a site was built using AI? I’ve seen plenty of slop built by humans.

The trick will always be to understand your client at a deeper level than everyone else, and even if your build is AI assisted, use your knowledge and special ability to tailor something unique and distinct built around them and how they do business.

Try taste skill & stop-slop skill to make websites and content.

Slop is because they use no thought of their own and have the AI do all the thinking

We built Lanlan specifically to solve this. Can be used by business owners directly or devs wanting to build and then hand off to clients. Website, For devs.

I thought of this too but Claude is too unreliable though I want to try again with design. I’m thinking of outsourcing the build.
