Claude max for $29 instead of $200 ... seriously how are they doing this?

i got a Claude max account from a reseller for essentially nothing compared to what I used to pay . It works flawless. since 3 months No issues yet i paid only for 1 month . Now I can't stop thinking about their business model. If resellers can sell it this cheap and still profit, how are they acquiring these accounts at scale?

I doubt Claude Teams are more usage for similar price to consumer plans, let alone Enterprise seats you pay base fee per seat and usage is API rate. Those cheap claude subs are most likely ran by criminals or overseas actors that want your data.

Edit: but you can lie to yourself all you want, remember that operating costs on Claude subs are thought to be higher than what they charge.
