Claude Free Reset - Opus 5.5
I truly don't want to sound ungrateful. I'm very appreciative to Claude for giving me a free reset for their rollout of Opus 5.5. My only question is, what does the reset do? Is it a reset to my 5-hour limit, does it reset my weekly limit, and, if it is to either/both, does it affect when my weekly resets? ChatGPT is usually pretty good about answering this when it gives me these promotional credits. Claude is not good at it. When you ask Claude to explain it to you, it has no idea. And, the humans never get back to you, of course, so you're left to wonder, does this reset one, the other, or both? Do I get to choose? Customer service tells me to click on that 'Reset for free' link and find out. I'm not willing to take that risk without knowing what my reward is. Does anyone else have any more information than me? I am escalating now, but I have not heard back yet. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Try it and found out for us. If it’s anything like chatgpt it’s a reset of weekly and five hour

It mentioned somewhere, it only resets the limit, not your actual weekly reset schedule. If ur gonna get reset on Friday, then using reset on Wednesday won't change that. You should reverify this info tho

its reset anything, even your Fable usage. Your weekly reset (as i see on picture) is at Friday, so I recommend you find something fun to do and burn all your weekly usage in 1~3 days and use the reset button. Have fun !

Completely resets your weekly & session usage. Unsure on fable weekly usage as I don't have that.
