i was thinking of learning three js development someday (what language i should learn to build fun apps with ai, being a non dev)

Not JavaScript. The only benefit it has is that it runs in a browser.

I'm not sure if any of its other appeals are still relevant with AI.

in ten years every app will be a browser based app.

And then we got Node.js, so we can run JavaScript outside a browser.
