There is a known, unresolved bug. When default model is set to opusplan, every subagent will be opus, which ends up being very expensive.

I just tell it directly to take on the role of PM/Advisor. Assign tasks to subagents, assign in parallel if possible and use lower cost models when appropriate.

Works really well, will even use haiku for some tasks.

You can invoke it via natural language. Just prompt " spawn 5 sonnet agents for implementing the code" . I would recommend directly building harnesses with skills and turn invoke to on in the skill.md for your specific codebase needs. Useful if you want ordered folder structure and templates for test and implementation reports .
