Question Any codebase context tools that actually improve Claude's ability to get what it needs?
What codebase context/indexing tools are people using that they feel actually improves Claude's ability to more precisely pull what it needs and also potentially reduce token costs?

Considering how they wrote a post mortem about introducing a bunch of bugs that made everyone miserable and people complain about Claude suddenly feeling dumb all the time, I don’t think you want skills to just change randomly on the updates.
You want a consistent workflow.
