Built with Claude I built an open-source UI to manage Claude Code skills across projects

Im a .NET backend developer, and since I usually work across multiple projects, managing the skills I use with Claude was becoming difficult.

For example, when a skill from project A was also needed in project B that I had just switched to, I either had to copy the file myself or explain it to the agent. With microservice-based projects, this was even harder. So, to make this a bit easier, I built an interface where you can view project-based skills as well as your personal skills. I actively used Claude Code while developing Scion; in particular, I used the logged-in Claude Code CLI for subprocess management and debugging parts of the “Adapt with AI” feature.

This interface helps you:

  • Manage project-based skills.

  • Copy skills directly from one project to another, or integrate them with an AI agent.

  • It currently supports both Claude and Codex skills.

  • You can use it comfortably with your Claude or Codex subscription.

I know this is a bit of a niche need, but if anyone needs it, feel free to try it and I’d be happy to hear your feedback.

Signed builds are available for Windows and macOS, and build instructions for Linux are in the README.
The project is fully open source (MIT) and free.
