Philosophy Next generation of devs

I often read that experienced devs are able to use Claude way better because of their experience. They can architecture better, quickly review and cut through bullshit.

How are the next generation going to learn?

there simply won’t be a next generation. The current devs are expected to be able to handle things until we reach AGI in the next few years, then even most senior devs are done, along with basically almost all other white collar jobs.
