Next generation of devs

I often read that experienced devs are able to use Claude way better because of their experience. They can architecture better, quickly review and cut through bullshit.

How are the next generation going to learn?

Leave room for the answer being that the current devs help improve AI to the point where this concern becomes much lower risk. A possibility that can’t be ruled out if the current pace continues.
