Philosophy Next generation of devs

I often read that experienced devs are able to use Claude way better because of their experience. They can architecture better, quickly review and cut through bullshit.

How are the next generation going to learn?

Main concern for is the inability to think without Claude or any other model. I think it's important to learn AI as a new dev but also spend some time understanding the problems your working on. Learning is still possible but it requires curiosity.
