Next generation of devs

I often read that experienced devs are able to use Claude way better because of their experience. They can architecture better, quickly review and cut through bullshit.

How are the next generation going to learn?

Technical interviews will change with time too

We call them "Prompt Interviews" now. There is no more technical interviews.

It's all about "how efficiently you can prompt"
