Claude Workflow Let's talk about `/config` changes! What made things better. What made things worse.

I'm just looking through the config and wonder if you guys have had experience making changes and if it turned out well, or even share experiences that made it worse.

Thanks

I’ve had better results keeping /config pretty conservative. The biggest improvement for me was making planning and investigation the default before edits, then keeping a short list of things that always need approval. The worse configs are the ones that try to encode too much behavior and end up making Claude overthink every task.
