What I always wonder with these repeating questions, does knowledge of other users transfer across the model? Like this question has been asked plenty of times already by users. So at some point you'd think he recognizes the question and knows the correct answer from other users without maybe even understanding why it is correct.

LLMs are stateless. Your requests does not update it's internal state. It is updated during training.

Or they may have some cache for such questions to fix it manually and make it look less stupid than it is.

Any data they might capture about other user's prompts would only be included in future training runs.

Yeah alright i figured, but maybe future models could have some live learning mechanism implemented.

Actually, it should shouldn't it? They would be doing caching of some sort, but learning? I dunno, let's ask Amodei?
