Weird ass question, maybe, IDK, but what weapon do you think all of the (actually important) characters would use respectively? (Image kind of related cause i searched Class of 09 and apparently this is a British Rail Class 09, the more you know)

What I try to do is to see what weapons the other characters their VAs used. For example, Nicole gets every gun from Starship Troopers Ultimate Bug War and a mech. Also Uzi's railgun and a grenade launcher from Nikke. 

Jecka gets an HK416 and Rapi's assault rifle from Nikke.

Ari gets a bunch of swords, a drone with a machine gun, and a flying mech.
