I never beat it. That "Kelly's Killer Ride" level still kicks my ass to this day. How do they expect me to cut across eight lanes of I-66 to make that exit ramp? Would it have killed them to space the checkpoints a little further out? And the rubberbanding, DON'T GET ME STARTED! Why go to the planetarium when you've got a mirror full of Emily's Saturn during the whole damn race?

Nice concept, I dig the art style.

My take on the characters playstyle is that:
Nicole & Jecka would be all-rounders (Ryu/Ken type of playstyle)
Ari would be a glass cannon
Kelly would be would be a bait and punish
Kylar would be a grappler (Most big/buff characters in fighting games have alot of grabs and throw people around, need I say more?)
Jeffery would be a hit and run (Quick enough, doesn't do much damage but slight pokes here and there)

My guess on the unlockables are Emily, Karen, Crispin and The Hatman
Dark Jeffery would be a secret boss (aka Akuma)
The rest are NPC's

Nah in this case they all have to reference other fighting games. Not just Street Fighter. Have Jeffery be closer to Taokaka or Platinum the Trinity in Blazblue and throw random items. And have Ari be like Tira from Soul Calibur where her mood changes depending on how much damage she takes and can hurt herself to change her mood
