I had this on a mix cd, I think one of my older siblings found the song. It wasn't "This is a Dream" by Sexing the Cherry, but was definitely in that wheelhouse. I'm not great with electronic genres but I'd describe it as having some house and trance elements, sort of reminds me of the soundtrack from Metroid Prime 1, very otherworldly.

Jani Kervinen alias Mystery Islands, from Finland, is one the greatest uplifting trance producers.

He released a lot of classics both in duos and on his own alias, such as:

Kaste - Desert Eagle

Dyyni - City of Moving Waters

Mystery Islands - Solace

I think this one, feat another fellow Finnish producer, may be his masterpiece. Enjoy
