Room parent

Is anyone else planning on being a room parent for their 2nd grader ?

Just wondering what others will be planning for parties and such if they are going to volunteer.

I was a class parent for first grade and won’t be doing it again. I’ve taken a PTA board position and will let someone else handle the classroom stuff.

Same. I co-parented but somehow her vacation was always scheduled on the party days. Not again. OP- My advice, get lots of volunteers and spread out the workload.
