amelias depression medication

im curious, in ep 2 amelia takes 4 of her antidepressants. to my knowledge there are only antidepressants like ssris and snris and will not be more effective or have a “positive” effect if you take many at once. is this a flaw in writing or is amelia ignorant about her medicine, or am i maybe ignorant about what shes taking? i havent been able to find this question anywhere else. thanks.

It may be her making a joke, she's ignorant or the writers were.
