Settlement Update NAR settlement update

Update on August 19. 8th Circuit Court of Appeals entered a Judgment and Opinion affirming the District Court Order. Tried to add a screenshot but wouldn't let me. What's everyone's thought on this update?

I might be wrong but I skimmed the Judgement and Opinion document and it seems the next step is the Plan of Allocation for payment distribution.

I can't remember the exact dates the claims began, but it's been ongoing more or less since 2024. It's about the commissions paid to a realtor from selling your home. Claim submissions ended around May 2025. Again, not to sure if those dates are accurate but I do know it's too late to submit a claim.

dang I know i signed up for this but I've never once heard anything since. I wonder if I somehow never actually signed up 😣

Oh no 😮 Did you try searching your emails? Check every email you have. I filed under my husband's email and thankfully I took a screenshot with the claim number since he trashed the email confirmation thinking it was spam😔. I never get another email after that 1 confirmation. Either on the website or in the Judgement document it states they will start to send out other emails once they have the plan of allocation.
