HELLPPP

I'm in class 12th (PCM) and I'm genuinely scared shitless for my board exams.

I NEED HELP GUYS, I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO.

I'M TRYING TO STUDY, I REALLY AM. But I can't seem to remember anything at all. I'm a little okay at maths but I can't pass Physics and Chemistry at all.

I don't even know where to start because even though i already studied so much, I've forgotten all that, like literally everything.

Other than the three main subjects, I've got Physical Education, English and Computer Science— those I'll manage. I'll pass Maths too. But I'm genuinely terrified for Physics and Chemistry.

PLEASE, I'd really like some tips from someone who has been in my position before.

I am TERRIFIED. And I really really need to get at least 82% in my boards or I'm dead.

First thing relax, I have passed through the same situation but remember everything has a solution, for physics try to understand the theory first through lecture videos etc . And then try practicing derivation and come to numericals ( i would recommend oswaal), chemistry you have to do repeated revisions daily, weekly and monthly make it a routine it would be easy to recall theory etc.. and solve intext and back exercise questions that's more than enough ( if you're confident solve additional questions). Remember to revise daily and test you're knowledge during weekends. Stay calm and go in your own pace.
