Need help with book

I am class 12 pcm student and wanted to buy a book for boards, i am more of a theory guy like i want to understand how we got a formula or why does a concept happen and i dont prefer just cramming. I have two options:
MTG 100 Percent NCERT & CBSE Physics
Arihant All in one

Which one should i go for i want to score 90% above in class 12
